Vitaminwater just launched an application on its Facebook page that allows you to upload a homemade video explaining why Kobe is the best basketball player on the planet.
The app - called "24 Seconds or Less" - already has videos posted by several fans, including New York Yankees pitcher Joba Chamberlain, Philadelphia Phillies first baseman Ryan Howard, and Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson.
